One day's worth of reservation opens every night 12 pm, for the date of 60 days after from today. Date Calculator
If you are not able to click the date, it is either occupied or not opened yet.
Automatic Cancellation
- If unpaid within 3hours after reservation.
- If the reserver's name and depositer's name does not match.

GUEST NUMBER

Babies are included for guest count.
Treehouse is designed for two people, but could accommodate up to four without additional charge.
Beaverton Stay is designed for four people, but could accommodate up to six, with an additional charge.
Going over maximum guest number is unavailable. Unless you have children of more than two (for treehouse). In this case, please contact us through message.

To ensure privacy of our guest, even short property visit is unavailable.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

There is a US air base, air route near our outpost. There may be a period where you will hear plane noise. We are not able to know when the practice will happen in advance.
Sangsoori and Eunhang treehouses are near the road, so there may be a traffic sound.

PET

Only Huckleberry is a pet-friendly treehouse.

EAT / DRINK

Simple snack and drip coffee is provided.
There are few delivery restaraunts near by. For detailed information scroll down.

BBQ GRILL

Option for 1 set:
Grill, charcoal, torch, fire starter, gloves, tongs, foils, salt, pepper

CAMPFIRE

We provide a set of free campfire. Additional woods can be purchased.
Simplified version of s'mores is provided.

The parent company of Treehouse Korea, Dongseo Landscaping, was founded in 1978.

For three generations, we have worked to create spaces that are not merely beautiful but interactive, where humans and the environment coexist harmoniously. Instead of designing spaces that highlight houses, we have focused on making the surrounding environment the central element. This philosophy eventually led us to settle on building homes within living trees.

By utilizing techniques that do not harm trees but allow them to grow alongside the structures, you can experience the breath of the trees even inside the house. We aspire for life in the trees to become a cultural movement. Our efforts are dedicated to creating homes that harmonize with the forest. During your stay in our treehouses, we hope you will be healed by the gifts of nature.

Reservation Information

How do I make a reservation?
- Reservations are only available through this website and cannot be made by phone.
When can I book for a specific month?
- Room reservations open 60 days in advance.
How do I cancel my reservation?
- Click the "Check Reservation" button at the top-right corner of the website. You can view your reservation details and submit a cancellation request here. Your reservation number can be found in the email or KakaoTalk message you received during booking.
I lost my reservation number.
- Your reservation number and payment details were sent to the email address and KakaoTalk account linked to your registered phone number.
What is the refund policy?
- 10 days before the reservation date: Full refund (100%).
- 9 to 2 days before: Refund decreases by 10% per day.
- 1 day before or on the day: No refund.
Can I get a refund if it rains?
- Rain is not considered a reason for cancellation or refund. Exceptions may be made for natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis) depending on the circumstances.
What happens if there are overlapping reservations?
- If simultaneous reservations occur, priority is given to the earliest booking. The other party will receive a refund if payment has already been made.

Swimming Pool

Is the pool private?
- The pool is communal, but it is reserved for one group at a time based on designated time slots.
Can I use the pool without staying at Treehouse?
- No, the pool is an additional option for Treehouse guests only.
What is the temperature of the heated pool?
- The temperature is adjusted based on the weather. During winter, a greenhouse structure is installed over the pool.
Can children use the pool?
- The pool depth ranges from 15 to 150 cm. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I use the pool before my scheduled time?
- Due to thorough cleaning and maintenance, the pool can only be used during the designated time slots.
Is the pool very cold?
- In summer, the water is cool and refreshing.
Can I use large inflatables in the pool?
- Please note that the pool measures 4m x 10m.
How far is the pool from Huckleberry?
- It’s about a 5-minute walk, but the path is steep. By car, it takes about 2 minutes.
Until when is the heated pool available?
- The heated pool is available until the weather becomes sufficiently warm. The temperature is adjusted accordingly.
When is the greenhouse installed?
- The greenhouse is installed from mid-October to March, allowing for swimming in warm conditions. Installation and removal dates may vary depending on the weather.
How do I reserve pool time?
- After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation message via KakaoTalk or text. Reply to the message with:
  - Your name
- The house you booked
- The desired date for pool use
  Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food & Beverages

Can I bring my own food?
- Yes, each house is equipped with:
Huckleberry, Tom, Eunhang: Single induction cooktop
Sangsoori : Double induction cooktop, microwave, coffee pot
Are kitchen utensils available?
- Yes, disposable sponges and dish soap are provided.
- Available utensils include:
  - Plates, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, forks, wine glasses, and wine openers
- 1 frying pan, 1 pot, tongs, cutting board, knife, and scissors
Can I order delivery?
- Yes, pizza, chicken, and Chinese food delivery are available through phone call along with delivery apps.
Is there a nearby grocery store?
- There are CU, GS, and Arirang Mart within a 4-minute drive. Walking would take over 30 minutes, so it’s recommended to bring supplies.
  For those using public transportation, Jinwi Station and Nongmin Mart are recommended.

Guest Policies

Can I add one more person to the maximum capacity?
- Treehouse cabins are designed for small groups, and exceeding the limit of 4 guests may affect the experience. However, if you are a family of 5 with three children, please contact us directly.

Transportation

Bus
- Take the 6600 bus from in front of ZARA at Gangnam Station and get off at Jinwi Station, then take a taxi (10 minutes).
Intercity Bus
- Get off at Songtan Intercity Bus Terminal, then take a taxi (15 minutes).
Subway
- Jinwi Station is closer but harder for taxis. Songtan Station is more convenient for taxis (15 minutes).
- From Jinwi Station, cross the overpass and take village bus #8 in front of Emart 24. If you kindly ask the driver, they may drop you off near Treehouse.
Driving

At Bongnam Intersection, turn right toward "Yongin, Namsa."
Travel 755 m along Samnam-ro.
At Masan Intersection, turn left toward "Yongin, Namsa."
Travel 961 m along Local Road 306.
At the second traffic light, turn right.
Turn left and drive 50 m to arrive at Treehouse.

From Songtan IC (Gyeongbu Expressway, Northbound)

Exit Songtan IC and turn left toward "Songtan."
Travel 791 m along Cheongwon-ro.
Turn right toward "Doil-dong, Korea National University of Welfare."
Travel 5.47 km along Samnam-ro.
At Masan Intersection, turn right toward "Eunsan-ri."
Travel 961 m along Local Road 306.
At the second traffic light, turn right.
Turn left and drive 50 m to arrive at Treehouse.
- Please pass through the main gate and drive up.

By Bus

From Gangnam Station
- Board the 6600 bus in front of CHICOR (Sikore).
- Get off at the "Jinwi Station" stop and take a taxi (approximately 10 minutes).
- Alternatively, take the M5438 bus and get off at the "Dongbu Apartment" stop, then take a taxi (approximately 10 minutes).

By Intercity Bus

Get off at the Songtan Intercity Bus Terminal, where a taxi stand is conveniently located right outside.

By Subway

You can get off at Jinwi Station, but it’s easier to find a taxi at Songtan Station (10-15 minutes by taxi).
From Jinwi Station, cross the overpass to Emart24 and take village bus #8. Kindly ask the driver to drop you off near Treehouse (taxis are highly recommended).

Important Notes:

Avoid trains bound for Seodongtan or Byeongjeom, as well as express trains.
If you mistakenly board an express train, transfer to a regular train at Osan Station.

By Taxi

Kakao Call Taxi is available and typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
